Payment
Jydsk Toy accepts online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for items in stock is typically 1-3 business days.
For items that are out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery time.
Right of Withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You bear any return shipping costs yourself.
Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent via email to info@jydsklegetoej.dk. The message must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are liable for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means you may try the item in the same manner as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a lesser part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Jydsk Toy to assess the condition of the item.
Complaint Rights
There is a 2-year complaint period on products according to Danish sales law. The complaint rights apply to all errors in software, material, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding faults and deficiencies must be communicated to Jydsk Toy in a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is void in case of incorrect or unusual handling of the product.
Jydsk Toy covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
